Meet the Coaches
Becca Windell
I believe running is the ultimate vehicle to explore limits and chase potential in both sport and life.
Running shapes the way each and everyone of us interacts with the world, taking us to incredible places, allowing us to share miles with dear friends, and providing a safe place to both challenge ourselves and dream big. And running is infinitely more fun with a smile on your face and joy guiding the way!
My primary goal as your coach is to support you as you chase these big dreams and navigate the inherent ups and downs along the way.

We’re talkin’ about PRACTICE!
I believe that no one is born an athlete; being an athlete is a practice. It is a practice of listening to your body, of setting goals, and of consistently putting in the work. Practice is applicable to achieving success in anything, and the beauty of sport is that success and progress are both visible and tangible.
This is why I am passionate about and love coaching runners. I see running as a grand analogy for success and progress in ANYTHING.
I have been a participant in sport my whole life, but only in the last 5 years have I learned what it means to be an athlete, and I want to share this breakthrough with others. I love working with people that are new to this realization. I see my role as coach as a catalyst and tailwind to achieving what was previously thought to be unachievable – through practice.
Josey Windell
Josey, 14, is quite simply the best dog in the world. She has been running by our side since the day we met and we feel honored to have fallen in love with trail running alongside this beast. Josey is the inspiration behind everything we do and the name sake of Josey's Coaching!
Riley Windell
Riley, 8, is our wonderful little arctic hound. Equally mischievous and adorable, her light hearted goofiness provides critical doses of daily laughter. Riley is constantly trying to keep up with Josey and comes to life in the winter - she will take skiing over running any day!
